On June 30, the SUN SHINE Vietnam family had a truly memorable time together at Lake Bon Garden (Ba Vi) during the 2024 Team Building program.
The SUN SHINE Vietnam team is made up of young, dynamic, passionate, creative individuals who are always ready to take on challenges. That’s why all internal activities at SUN SHINE Vietnam are guided by the slogan “Work Hard – Play Hard,” and this Team Building 2024 event was no exception.
The program took place over two days, June 30 and July 1, 2024, at the beautiful Lake Bon Garden villa, just about an hour’s drive from central Hanoi. Leaving behind the worries and stress of work and life, the entire SUN SHINE Vietnam team spent 2 full days and 1 night relaxing, bonding, and engaging in exciting activities.
Every activity in the program—from cooking together and mind-challenging games to homemade musical acts—was designed to give all team members the opportunity to interact, improve teamwork, and unleash their youthful energy and spirit. That’s why the entire event space was constantly filled with laughter and joy.
Most importantly, with the spirit of “fun above all, happiness at heart,” everyone had time to release stress, relax both physically and mentally, and reflect beyond the pressures of life and work. And even more meaningful was the way the experience brought everyone closer—building understanding and connection among team members.
Through these meaningful activities, each individual had the chance to showcase their unique strengths and talents. At the same time, team spirit was uplifted—fostering unity, creativity, and shared efforts to build a stronger, more resilient SUN SHINE Vietnam for the future.
Though the 2024 Team Building program has officially concluded, every member of the SUN SHINE family left with precious memories. The journey of youth with SUN SHINE continues—and we’re sure to share even more incredible adventures together!
