SUN SHINE TEAM BUILDING SUMMER 2023: “WORK HARD – PLAY HARD”
In the summer of 2023, SUN SHINE Company’s Vietnam branch organized a team-building program for its employees. The event lasted one day and one night at Villa Ba Vi Tico 01 Firely Garden.
With the slogan “Work Hard – Play Hard,” the program was a great success, perfectly embodying the youthful energy of the Gen Z staff — diligent, hardworking, and creative at work, yet fully unleashing their energy during playtime!
The vibrant atmosphere at the villa resembled a festival, filled with joy and cheers that echoed throughout the area. Both the game participants and the enthusiastic spectators gave their all, showcasing the energetic spirit of SUN SHINE employees.
The games were designed to enhance teamwork, cooperation, and mutual support, with fun as the top priority. Activities ranged from simple games like word guessing, blindfolded watermelon eating, and Werewolf, to more physically demanding ones like tug of war and ball throwing, culminating in lively and passionate musical performances.
