Preparations for the Vietnam Festival “Xin chao! Saitama”

The “Xin chao Saitama” Festival – an event commemorating 50 years of diplomatic relations between Vietnam and Japan – is approaching quickly. It will take place at Keyaki Hiroba Square, Saitama Super Arena. SUN SHINE is currently rushing to complete the final stages of preparation for its booth at the festival.

Choosing a booth concept inspired by the ancient town of Hoi An – a place often described as a rustic painting of the Vietnamese countryside – SUN SHINE aims to bring the most familiar image of the homeland to overseas Vietnamese and local Japanese residents. Accordingly, SUN SHINE’s offices in both Japan and Vietnam have been preparing traditional Hoi An-style decorations such as lanterns, conical hats, old wooden furniture, rickshaws, and paper flowers.

After more than a month of preparation, on the evening of August 29, SUN SHINE’s representatives from the Vietnam office departed from Noi Bai Airport, Hanoi, to travel to Japan for the “Xin chao! Saitama” Vietnam Festival 2023.

Along with key personnel, the company also brought various equipment and materials to support its booth activities and other related events. Everyone was in good spirits and excited to begin this extended business trip.
