After a month of striving and giving their best, on September 30, SUN SHINE’s leadership team held the “Outstanding Employee of September” ceremony to recognize individuals who achieved remarkable accomplishments during the month.
During this recognition event, the management reviewed and assessed the work results of individuals and teams, provided feedback and evaluations, and drew lessons for upcoming work plans. Finally, after a thorough and fair evaluation process, the leadership officially announced and honored the top two individuals who had the most outstanding performances in September.
