As part of the “Spring Homeland Festival 2025” — a meaningful event series — the Miss Culture – Friendship International 2025 is organized by the Consulate General of Vietnam in Fukuoka, Japan, in coordination with the Vietnamese Associations in Fukuoka and Saitama, Japan, SUN SHINE GLOBAL and several other units.
Meanwhile, intellect and language are also emphasised criteria. The winner not only needs to understand her country but must also have the ability to research and deeply understand the markets and cultures of the countries she will visit. Intellect helps build sustainable friendly relationships, contribute to international cultural exchange, and language will be the tool to achieve this.

Information on the Structure and Rules of Miss Culture – Friendship International 2025
The journey to claim the crown of Miss Culture – Friendship International 2025 will begin with the preliminary round in Ho Chi Minh City. This is a great opportunity for applicants to test themselves and shine on this challenging stage of beauty.
Detailed information about the contest:
1. Participant eligibility
- Participants: Female citizens with Vietnamese nationality or overseas Vietnamese (having a father or mother of Vietnamese origin), meeting the health conditions and registration rules of the contest.
- Age: From 18 to 32 years old (based on the date of birth on ID card, citizen ID or passport valid).
- Ethical condition: Good moral character, no criminal record, not under criminal investigation.
- Appearance: Height of at least 1.60 m, balanced figure.
- Health and availability: Must be fit and ready to fulfill the role of Miss Culture – Friendship International 2025 after crowning.
- Priority: Award‑winning contestants must provide a certified copy of the prize certificate.

3. Application documents
- Contestants must prepare the following documents to complete the registration:
- Registration form (according to the Organizing Committee’s template).
- Certified copy of birth certificate.
- Certified copy of ID card / citizen ID / valid passport.
- Two passport‑size photos (3×4 cm) and at least three artistic photos (10×15 cm), taken within the last three months, including half‑body and full‑body shots in various outfits such as áo dài, evening gown, swimsuit…
- Criminal record certificate (Form No. 01).
- Certified copy of educational diploma.
- Certified copy of prize certificate (if any).
4. Prizes and titles

- The highest‑scoring contestant will be awarded the title Miss Culture – Friendship International 2025, along with a cash prize of VND 1 billion and many valuable gifts from the Organiser. She will also have the opportunity to participate in major events across Asia, Oceania and America and receive a US$1,000 training course in communication and arts skills.
- The second highest scorer: Title 1st Runner‑Up, total award value VND 500 million, including cash and valuable gifts from the Organiser.
- The third highest scorer: Title 2nd Runner‑Up, total award value VND 300 million, along with opportunities to join major events in Asia.
- In addition, contestants winning titles like Best Evening Gown, Best Swimsuit, Friendliest Contestant, Most Inspirational Contestant, People’s Choice Contestant will receive separate awards and titles from the Organising Committee.
